CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
All payments made towards hotel or BnB bookings through phone, WhatsApp, email, website, payment links, or third-party platforms including Booking.com are non-refundable. This includes all advance payments. For reservations made via Booking.com, the applicable cancellation and prepayment policy is displayed on the platform at the time of booking.
Requests for rescheduling of stay dates may be considered only on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following conditions:
Approval of rescheduling and/or refund is entirely at the discretion of the property and is not guaranteed.
In the event that a guest feels the stay booked is not in accordance with what was communicated or promised by our Sales Executive, the matter must be brought to the attention of our Customer Service Team at the earliest.
