AP TRAVELISTA PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy: Any amount paid for a hotel or BnB booking is non refundable. All advance payments collated via payment links is also non refundable.
However, a request for rescheduling of stay dates can be considered on a case basis if the customer has informed AP Travelista Pvt Ltd at least 21 days before their stay date and if advance paid to the property vendor is refunded. In case you feel that the stay booked is not as what you were promised by our Sales executive, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
